Our Healthy Homes service assesses the five areas covered by New Zealand’s rental housing standards. We help you understand the findings, identify work that needs attention and plan the next steps for your property.

Arrange an initial assessment, a revisit after compliance work, or a yearly or interval assessment. Share any existing reports and relevant property details so the visit can be planned. Landlords remain responsible for meeting and maintaining the applicable standards, including any exemptions.
