Property Testing services

Let’s get it
taken care of.

Whether you’re checking a property before purchase, between tenancies or following a concern, testing helps replace guesswork with information. We discuss the property’s history and your concerns to identify an appropriate testing approach.

Methamphetamine testing checks for residues on sampled surfaces. Mould testing helps investigate suspected mould contamination. Moisture and indoor air quality testing helps investigate dampness and concerns about the indoor environment. We’ll discuss the checks, sampling and reporting appropriate to your concerns before work begins; findings relate to the areas sampled and conditions at the time of assessment.
